About Me

Hi, my name is Nicole (Nicki). I’m a Paediatric Nurse with over a decade of clinical experience, having worked across Complex Paediatric Care, Emergency Paediatrics, and Post-Partum settings. I bring a calm, supportive, and family-centered approach to my work, supporting parents and babies during some of their most vulnerable and important moments.

I provide in-home lactation, newborn, and postpartum care with a focus on calm, compassionate, and realistic support. I believe parents deserve to feel held and reassured during this season — not rushed or dismissed.

Alongside my paid services, I also curate and donate free maternal care baskets to families in our community who are seeking extra support. Community care matters — and it should never come at the cost of sustainability.
